Responsibilities

Responsible for profit and loss for the region
Managing clients and business development
Connects with clients, vendors, and consultants in the local market
Worked with clients/developers to win and deliver projects
Stakeholder management
Managing teams below and overall responsible for growth of the region
Provide project management resource to directly manage projects across the region, delivering within the agreed scope and timescale
Provide support, advice, and assistance to people and/or departments across the region managing their own projects
Have a good understanding of organisation-wide issues and suggest solutions
Ensure budgets are well managed
Vet development strategies and ensure compliance by project team
Conduct troubleshooting reviews as required
Responsible for the delivery of projects' aims and objectives as outlined in the relevant specifications for assigned projects
Research and remain up to date on developments in project management technologies
Comply with data protection regulations, ensuring client information remains confidential
Undertake any other tasks, duties, or projects as directed by management
Chair monthly client meetings
Plan the frequency of Safety and Quality audits required for projects by central quality and safety teams
Create positive climate where employees can develop
Understand and work within regional and national government rules and regulations
Provide regular feedback to Management
Ensure good sign-off for implemented projects and hand them over to clients on completion
