Responsibilities

Lead people, programs, and systems fueling success on the East Coast (New York, North Carolina, and future EST markets)
Report to the COO and act as a steward to resources while modeling the Amae way
Foster an environment of excellence in care delivery through modeling, teaching, and reinforcing behaviors that elevate patient engagement and service delivery
Work closely with clinical leadership to deliver high-quality care for complex patients, ensuring unique needs are met with empathy and expertise
In partnership with clinical and operational stakeholders, devise and implement strategic initiatives to elevate quality of care, member outcomes, and cost-efficiency
Manage P&L, working with growth, finance, and clinical leaders to drive revenue, manage costs, and direct strategy for healthy care margins
