Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and mentor to veterinarians, medical directors, and clinic teams across the Mid-Atlantic region
  • Conduct regular shadowing and in-clinic coaching to strengthen clinical standards, case management, and communication skills
  • Provide guidance on complex cases and promote evidence-based medicine across all clinics
  • Partner with regional operations leaders
  • Build and maintain a high performing team
  • Own training & education to facilitate both development of teams and to enable advanced medical quality in clinics
  • Oversee the development and deployment of medical programs that support doctors and medical leaders
  • Ensure medical strategy keeps Bond Vet at the forefront of veterinary medicine
  • Provide close partnership, mentorship, and leadership development for all medical leaders in the Mid-Atlantic region and collaborate with leaders in other regions
