Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor and mentor to veterinarians, medical directors, and clinic teams across the Mid-Atlantic region
Conduct regular shadowing and in-clinic coaching to strengthen clinical standards, case management, and communication skills
Provide guidance on complex cases and promote evidence-based medicine across all clinics
Partner with regional operations leaders
Build and maintain a high performing team
Own training & education to facilitate both development of teams and to enable advanced medical quality in clinics
Oversee the development and deployment of medical programs that support doctors and medical leaders
Ensure medical strategy keeps Bond Vet at the forefront of veterinary medicine
Provide close partnership, mentorship, and leadership development for all medical leaders in the Mid-Atlantic region and collaborate with leaders in other regions
