Requirements

  • Proven success managing a sales team within the UK pharmaceutical industry, as an RBM or NSM
  • Previous P&L management experience and excellent business acumen, including budget management and forecasting
  • Stellar project management experience working on multiple cross-functional projects and activities
  • ABPI qualified
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Degree educated, ideally in a science discipline
  • Experienced pharma sales manager with proven excellence in highly matrixed environments

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of experienced specialist Key Account Managers
  • Support and implement the sales plan and strategy for the brand
  • Develop KAM team capabilities
  • Ensure sales targets and market share are achieved through optimal brand promotion
  • Work with critical stakeholders across the business, thinking strategically, prioritising effectively, and demonstrating a strong commercial mindset
  • Support, develop, and motivate the team through operational leadership of the business region
