Requirements

Reside within close proximity to major metropolitan cities within the West region (Los Angeles, San Diego, San Jose & San Francisco, CA, Phoenix & Tucson, AZ, Las Vegas, NV, Denver, CO, Seattle, WA, Portland, OR)
Leadership experience in managing and developing sales teams (District Managers and Sales Specialists)
Expertise in the Janssen business, healthcare marketplace, and account management
Technical competence and skills in immunology/dermatology pharmaceutical sales
Ability to collaborate extensively with internal partners (Sales Leadership, Brand, Strategic Customer Group, Field Sales Partners, Commercial Excellence, Analytics & Insights) and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and directly manage a team of District Managers (DMs) and Dermatology Sales Specialists
Maximize sales opportunities by prioritizing, securing, and applying resources and efforts for the team
Develop and execute an aligned business plan customized to Janssen business and brand strategies to deliver compliant product sales growth and volume objectives, addressing customer and marketplace needs
Collaborate at all organizational levels with key internal partners and external stakeholders to develop optimal access, establish relationships, and facilitate positive business interactions
Lead, motivate, coach, develop, and retain a diverse team, focusing on critical business competencies and leadership imperatives
Coach District Managers and Sales Specialists on convincing internal and external stakeholders to build mutual alignment, adopt difficult positions, and achieve outcomes
