Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Intra-ASEAN Cross Border eCommerce logistics
  • Proven experience in airfreight logistics sales or product management
  • Strong understanding of the commercial product lifecycle, with the ability to identify and analyze opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Sales Channels to execute and support development of optimal and well-conceptualized logistics solutions
  • Execute and support cross-selling solutions and initiatives i.e. Last mile/Air Freight/Customs Clearance
  • Maintain and establish best practices, templates, policies, tools to expand and mature cross border capabilities for the organization
  • Monitor all lanes profitability & lead times
  • Execute pricing analysis and changes with constant feedback loop to relevant stakeholders to ensure commercial leadership of Intra-ASEAN logistics products
  • Assess and analyze product competitiveness in SEA landscape
  • Monitor industry trend and challenges
  • Serve as go-to market expert on all Intra-ASEAN products to various sales channel
  • Drive cost and lead time optimisation initiatives & discussions to meet Product SLA targets, topline revenue & gross margin
  • Execute & maintain standard prices
  • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet products’ requirement
  • Accountable for execution of commercial product roadmap, including but not limited to alignment with finance operations team, Country sales, OPEX and Sales offices
  • Any other initiatives determined by management
  • Execute and/or create robust action plan to achieve volume growth and GP maximization
  • Support Intra-ASEAN Country marketing/acquisition and Sales Channel team for marketing activities
  • Joint customer visits and/or presentations to customers
  • Lead and/or propose solution design to meet customer requirement
  • Conduct and/or facilitate product training to increase the knowledge of XB & various sales channels
  • Work with OPEX to understand market competitive capabilities
  • Ensure our Intra-ASEAN logistics products are market competitive on operations & lead times
  • Support product optimization with focus on optimization of existing processes
  • To be the Subject matter expert for all existing Intra-ASEAN outbound products
  • Responsible for all capability requests raised by sales channel and ensure sales channel are equipped with information to explain and elaborate on rejected requests
  • Liaise with local country teams, XB country ops, biz ops, finance ops and OPEX team to ensure business requirements are adequately fulfilled
  • Responsible for the gross profitability & revenue of the solutions quoted
