Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive sales experience
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in handling accounts like Hyundai, BYD, Vinfast
  • Good understanding of OE production planning

Responsibilities

  • Executing sales plans, developing inventory plans and profitable product mixes, and finalizing distribution plans
  • Improving the share of business in each account of Passenger Car OEMs
  • Actively working with OEMs in developing suitable tires for their specific applications
  • Closely following up to ensure achievement of established collection targets and negotiating terms and conditions with required parties
  • Maintaining close liaison with the marketing manager to stay updated on changing market trends
  • Identifying potential opportunities for business development at OEMs
  • Analyzing market information requirements and identifying effective systems and processes to be implemented
  • Interfacing with OEMs throughout the customer life cycle and managing OEM relationships professionally
  • Increasing brand performance to ensure brand credibility and growth in sales volume
  • Aligning internal cross-functional stakeholders to achieve required goals
