Requirements

  • Studying or recently graduated, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Studies or a similar field
  • Excellent communication and people skills — naturally connect and build rapport

Responsibilities

  • Support the TA Team in all stages of the hiring process — from sourcing to offer
  • Actively source on LinkedIn and other platforms for open roles and build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines
  • Keep ATS (SmartRecruiters) and pipelines organized, ensuring smooth and transparent processes
  • Help schedule interviews, prepare interview guides, and follow up with hiring managers and candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to ensure clear communication and a seamless process from candidate to colleague
  • Support and co-lead campus recruitment initiatives, such as career fairs, partnerships with universities, and internship program coordination
  • Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify key trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging talent pools
  • Assist with data tracking and reporting, analyzing recruitment metrics like time to hire and source effectiveness
  • Contribute to process improvement projects, helping refine how to attract and hire talent
  • Support recruitment projects — improving candidate feedback flows, creating an internal recruitment guide, or launching a new employer brand idea
