Responsibilities

  • Edit and release job postings timely to all recruiting channels assigned by primary recruiter
  • Prescreen resumes sourced against existing job requisitions basing on the direction of primary recruiter
  • Assist selection process to arrange interviews, coordinate the time with managers and candidates, deal with different interview request by diverse customers, guide candidates to fill job applications and maintain interview record sheet, etc
  • Assist in execution of pre-hire activities including background screening process, collect and handover pre-on boarding documentation
  • Other tasks primary recruiter assigned
