Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for junior positions
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, selection criteria, and recruitment strategies
Source candidates through multiple channels
Screen CVs and conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess skills, motivation, and cultural fit
Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring teams, providing guidance on best assessment practices
Maintain a strong candidate experience by ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and professional interactions
Track and analyze key recruitment metrics and prepare reports for leadership
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
Ensure all recruitment processes align with company policies, compliance standards, and data privacy regulations
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in recruitment processes and tools
