  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring teams, providing guidance on best assessment practices
  • Maintain a strong candidate experience by ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and professional interactions
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics and prepare reports for leadership
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Ensure all recruitment processes align with company policies, compliance standards, and data privacy regulations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in recruitment processes and tools
