Requirements

  • 1+ years of recruiting coordination or equivalent experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS)
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Adhere to project deadlines in a prompt manner
  • Demonstrated success in multi-tasking and coordinating parallel deadlines
  • High level of candidate/customer service and strong professional communication skills
  • Positive attitude, and a ‘no task too small’ mindset
  • This position is located onsite 5 days a week at our HQ in San Francisco

Responsibilities

  • Be an amazing partner that guides candidates through the interview process to ensure an outstanding experience
  • Act as the primary communication liaison between the candidate and all internal stakeholders
  • Own and drive projects to optimize and improve the hiring processes and candidate experience
  • Ensure prompt and swift responses to any necessary scheduling changes through effective communication
  • Report and track significant daily recruiting events and objectives to uncover inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
  • Greet candidates upon arrival, prepare meeting rooms prior to candidate onsite interviews
  • Be a Brand Ambassador of Astranis at recruiting events to give a glimpse into the awesome culture candidates look forward to joining
  • Screen, import, organize, and route applicants within the appropriate systems, along with proper documentation of source
  • Assist with data hygiene and integrity by verifying documents, data, and other details related to the hiring process
