Responsibilities

Handle various interview scheduling, from online 1:1 interviews to in-office case study panels, adapting and streamlining processes to suit candidates and business needs
Optimise recruiting processes by improving flexibility, efficiency, and comfort; contribute to interview process design; track scheduling metrics (e.g., time to schedule, time to interview); and lead own projects to enhance processes
