Responsibilities

  • Manage communications assets (emails, messages, calendar invites) to provide clear information to candidates and ensure smooth candidate experience, acting as key point of contact alongside recruiters
  • Handle various interview scheduling, from online 1:1 interviews to in-office case study panels, adapting and streamlining processes to suit candidates and business needs
  • Optimise recruiting processes by improving flexibility, efficiency, and comfort; contribute to interview process design; track scheduling metrics (e.g., time to schedule, time to interview); and lead own projects to enhance processes
