Responsibilities
- Analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems
- Day-to-day interaction with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors
- Limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management
- Follow moderate level instructions on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments
- Make decisions that impact own work and may impact the work of others
- Work as an individual contributor as part of a team with a focused scope of work
- Work in rotational shifts (may be required)
- Implement strategies for recruiting, developing, and retaining employees
- Manage hiring processes, including identifying hiring needs, preparing job descriptions, talent search, screening and shortlisting, interviewing, selecting, hiring, and onboarding employees
