Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruiting for robotics roles across engineering, hardware, operations, and cross-functional domains
Build and maintain high-quality pipelines through outbound sourcing and inbound assessment
Partner closely with executives and senior ICs to refine searches and evaluate candidates
Guide candidates through a clear, thoughtful, and organized process
Close candidates with confidence and provide strong counsel on timing, trajectory, and role fit
Maintain reliable operational rigor across documentation, scheduling, and communication
