Responsibilities
- Provide members with prompt and courteous service and assistance
- Replenish, refill, stock, and straighten merchandise
- Ensure proper signage of merchandise
- Keep sales floor clean, neat, and fully organized
- Replenish milk, dairy, freezer, food, and non-food merchandise
- Fold and organize apparel, books, and other merchandise
- Remove empty cardboard from sales floor, shelves, display cases, and replenish box bins; use cardboard baler to dispose of cardboard
- Return all returned and re-shop merchandise to the sales floor
- Maintain all club policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed
- Deliver service excellence, resolve and de-escalate member concerns, ensure safe and positive environment
- Commit to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and club standards (Grand Opening Look daily, all items stocked, promotional plans executed, visible accurate signage, clean and organized)
- Understand and access production/financial performance reporting for the department
