Requirements

Chartered Accountant (CA), Master of Business Administration (MBA Finance), CMA, ICWA, or CPA
10–14 years of Record to Report (RTR) / Technical Accounting experience
Proven expertise in Fixed Asset Accounting, including chart of accounts alignment, back office integration, folio management, payment processing, transfer & retirement of assets, physical inventory, and Construction In Process (CIP) project accounting
Proven expertise in ASC 842 lease accounting and automation projects (e.g., Power BI, RPA, Snowflake)
Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and transformation experience
Ability to lead overall service delivery across multiple countries
Experience ensuring SOX compliance, accuracy, and audit readiness
Ability to partner with client leadership on automation and efficiency projects
Ability to coach and mentor team leads across geographies
Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Responsibilities

Determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions
Post journal entries, prepare balance sheet reconciliations, review entries and reconciliations
Prepare cash forecasting statements and support month-end closing
Prepare reports and support audits
Design and implement processes and solutions to record and process all aspects of fixed assets accounting
Provide strategic oversight for global lease accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transformation alignment
Analyze and solve moderately complex problems, creating new solutions by leveraging and adapting existing methods and procedures
Understand strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
Interact with direct supervisor, team leads, peers, management levels at client and/or within Accenture
Determine methods and procedures on new assignments with minimal guidance
Make decisions that impact the team and occasionally other teams
Manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture
