Strong attention to detail; able to identify anomalies in large datasets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate in other languages, such as French, a plus
Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities

Responsibilities

Owns the reconciliation and reporting of partner payments and balances
Work with Finance and Analytics to improve systems via external vendors as well as internal engineering teams
Uses Excel and other tools (i.e. SQL) to analyze reconciliation data, investigate anomalies and works with partners to remediate
Collaborate with the product team to build longer term internal tooling roadmaps and track key metrics
Work cross functionally with Treasury, Finance and regional teams to meet deadlines and report discrepancies
Identifies, investigates and reports partner discrepancies within the agreed SLAs
Manages partner incidents from a reconciliation perspective, minimising financial loss
Maintains our internal platform to be the single source of truth for all bank accounts and partner ledgers
Oversee outsourced team
