Requirements

  • Provides exceptional service to the business by greeting/assisting all visitors and answering and transferring incoming calls from all over the United States
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, lift or carry objects typically weighing less than 10 lbs
  • Availability for on-site work 8am - 5pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (English language required)

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and distribute name badges to guests, temporary employees, and contractors
  • Answer and transfer calls from across the United States, providing courteous and efficient assistance
  • Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms for staff and departments
  • Participate actively in company and community service events
  • Perform light administrative and clerical duties as needed
  • Provide basic PC and office support to team members
  • Serve as a professional representative of the company’s Vision, Values, and Mission
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Update and maintain company phone lists, speed dial directories, brag board, and company calendar
  • Manage daily updates to the automated messaging center
  • Assist administration and other teams with various tasks, including preparing envelope labels and compiling manuals
  • Order, maintain, and distribute promotional materials and items for the company’s promotional store
  • Perform additional duties and provide support as assigned to ensure smooth office operations
