The schedule is every Tuesday from 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM and every other weekend from 2:30 PM - 9:00 PM.
A high school diploma or GED is required, along with six months of clerical or business training, receptionist experience, or equivalent.
This is an on-site position involving welcoming visitors, managing the lobby, and monitoring safety at the facility, with occasional work at other Rogers Behavioral Health locations if needed.
Candidates should demonstrate a kind, solution-oriented approach to welcoming patients and visitors, strong communication skills for managing calls and handoffs while maintaining confidentiality, and the ability to monitor lobby safety and escalate concerns promptly.
