Responsibilities

  • Actively support the implementation of new rebate and amended agreements in Vistex; ensure consistent and timely completion of activities (Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards)
  • Monitor customer compliance form intake, scheduling, and review for accuracy
  • Partner with the US Contracting Organization to resolve incomplete or inaccurate compliance forms and agreements
  • Review Medtronic membership roster quarterly to ensure accurate administrative fee payments to group purchasing organizations
  • Lead and collaborate on initiatives across the organization to drive efficiency in rebate programs, processes, tools, and systems
  • Participate in Vistex and Access system clean-up projects, UAT testing, and schedule maintenance updates
  • Maintain existing recurring semi-automated reports including issue Log summary, calcs completed log, daily Vistex request download, and others as assigned
  • Participate in special projects and provide support as needed
