Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate finance or investment analysis. Strong analytical skills and financial modeling expertise are essential, along with a demonstrated understanding of real estate debt markets and investment principles.
The Real Estate Debt Analyst or Associate will support the team on reviewing investment opportunities and screening potential transactions, conducting thorough financial modeling and analysis of potential real estate debt investments, evaluating cash flow projections and key financial credit metrics, preparing investment memos for investment committees, and assisting with due diligence including the review of business plans and coordination of legal, technical, valuation, and other relevant parties.
