- Previous experience in real estate research, data entry, or a related role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to research and verify property ownership, loan, and foreclosure data
- Proficient in using online property databases, public records, and related tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work full-time, in-office, on an EST schedule
- Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct research on targeted neighborhoods to identify potential investment opportunities
- Create detailed lists of properties, focusing on 3-unit and larger legal properties
- Gather and verify information such as: off-market properties, owner or LLC name and address, contact information (including cell phone numbers), outstanding loan details, foreclosure or pre-foreclosure status, occupancy status (occupied, vacant, etc.)
- Compile and maintain an organized database of researched properties
- Provide regular updates and reports on research findings to the management team
- Ensure all data collected is accurate, complete, and up to date
