Responsibilities

Join an agent team or individually to maximize earnings using the Redfin platform
Handle Redfin.com customers (100 new customers each year), plus clients from your sphere or book of business
Manage deals and stay in touch with your pipeline using proprietary CRM
Work with support from dedicated transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, team of showing agents, and inside sales team
Close deals on Redfin-generated and loyalty customers to earn competitive commissions with accelerators and top producer perks
