Responsibilities

Join an agent team or individually to maximize earnings using the Redfin platform
Handle Redfin.com customers (100 new customers per year), plus clients from your sphere or book of business
Manage deals and pipeline using proprietary CRM, including staying in touch with clients
Lead clients through the home buying and selling process
Win listings and qualified buyers with support from transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, showing agents, and inside sales team
Close deals to earn competitive commissions, with potential for accelerators and top producer perks
