Active and unrestricted real estate license
Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market (Hernando/Citrus Co.)
Minimum of 1 year residential real estate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions; or related real estate experience including but not limited to prior experience with Redfin in a real estate capacity
Trusted advisor with in-depth experience leading clients through the home buying and selling process
Proven track record of winning web leads and clients over, closing deals and earning referral business
Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

Join an agent team or individually to serve Redfin.com customers
Maximize earnings using the Redfin platform
Reach qualified buyers and win listings using provided customer opportunities, technology, and support
Manage deals and stay in touch with your pipeline using the proprietary CRM
Work with dedicated transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, team of showing agents, and inside sales team
Handle showings and events as scheduled by support teams
Close deals with Redfin-generated, loyalty, agent-generated, and repeat clients
Put clients first and drive to win in your career
