Serve 100 new Redfin.com customers annually, plus clients from personal sphere or book of business
Manage deals and client pipeline using Redfin’s proprietary CRM, including staying in touch with alerts
Close real estate deals from Redfin-generated, agent-generated, and loyalty customers to earn commissions
Collaborate with dedicated transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, showing agents, and inside sales team for support on opportunities, appointments, and updates
Achieve specified sales volume thresholds to unlock in-year commission accelerators and top producer perks
