Requirements

Ability to operate reach trucks safely and efficiently
Knowledge of FEFO/FIFO inventory rotation principles
Commitment to safety guidelines, SOPs, and food safety requirements
Attention to detail for scanning, labeling, and completing license plates/load diagrams
Physical ability to handle pallets, load/unload trailers, and work in a warehouse environment
Availability to work one of the specified shift schedules (Day or Night, 10-11 hour shifts, 3-4 days on)

Responsibilities

Ensure inbound trailers are safely secured before unloading; unload and stage pallets for receiving and QA inspection
Palletize mixed products onto separate pallets; scan completed pallets with QA sticker and Receiving License Plate, then haul to correct storage locations
Rotate older pallets down from elevated storage and place new pallets in elevated locations near selection bins
Keep dock clear of debris, organize pallets and tools
Verify products issued to production against drop lists/sheets; stock production drop zones per guidelines
Keep production drop zones clean, organized, and free of debris/broken pallets; ensure returned pallets are not mixed, taped, and labeled
Ensure outbound trailers are safely secured and inspected; identify and load pallets from staging areas
Complete accurate load diagrams, seal trucks, turn in diagrams to lead/supervisor, and remove safety devices
Perform all tasks in a safe, timely, organized manner per SOPs, prioritizing safety and quality
