Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in field with 5+ years of experience, or Master’s degree in field with 3+ years

Responsibilities

Works on raw material planning of production to meet the On-time delivery of orders
Plans for Intra-company component, manufacturing of components in house, and New Product Development to assure efficient operations and maximum integration of these demands
Ensures manufacturing system accuracy is maintained
Assess the raw material required for production through oracle open Jobs and allocate the RM to OTD critical work orders
Plan and initiate the ordering of raw material to supplier(s)
Procure and maintain Kanban for RM based on the current demand
Plan and order the material required for producing custom conjugate
Has knowledge of Planning for the reagent production unit based on forecast and “On Time Delivery
Track and follow up the critical material required for meeting Customer OTD with the help of daily management
Updating the team members regarding Revenue, OTD, Backlog and Inventory KPI
Responsible to meet the Raw material requirement for production (Delivery)
Track OTD, # of requests raised to suppliers on a weekly basis using daily management
Responsible for inventory management as per IMAG, maintaining accurate status of the in(s), including demand, schedules, capacity, WIP, materials, etc. and implementing Corrective and Preventive actions as part of the Problem-Solving Process
Responsible for implementing Countermeasure for Raw material scrap
Proposes alternative schedule(s) to compensate for foreseeable and unforeseeable circumstances in a timely manner to minimize adverse effects and capitalize on opportunities
