Requirements

Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program
Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
Eligible for a permit to practice in the State of Iowa
General permit to practice from the Radiology Section of the Iowa Department of Health
Current in or attend the first available class for BLS for the healthcare provider certification
Current in or complete the Adult/Child Abuse Mandatory Reporter course according to hospital Education Policy
Prior experience preferred

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic radiology and CT for hospital inpatients and outpatients
Deliver care in accordance with established standards and policies
