Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services)
Certified radiation safety officer
Positive team player with the ability to adapt in an ever-changing, dynamic environment
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and able to work independently
Strong problem-solving skills
Good communication skills
Able to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact
Able to coordinate several projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

Ensuring that all personnel working with or around radiation receive proper training and understand the risks and safety procedures
Ensuring compliance with national and local radiation safety regulations
Overseeing radiation monitoring, maintaining exposure records, and ensuring safety protocols are followed during radiation use, transport, or disposal
Reviewing and checking all daily reports received from rig sites where radioactive (RA) sources are used to ensure completion and compliance with Baker Hughes standards
Being responsible for all related tasks to radioactive sources in Drilling Services
