Responsibilities

Enablement of Innovative Medicine Quality processes and deliverables; act as close business partner to Quality Systems & Innovative Medicine Quality Leadership teams
Create and maintain process model and decomposition; ensure documentation of processes, availability through training, consistency, and continuous improvement aligned with business needs
Ownership of specific end-to-end business processes for Innovative Medicine Quality
Investment management for Quality Systems in collaboration with IMQ Strategy & Operations and finance, including status updates
End-to-end performance management, including monthly scorecard reviews with IMQ Leadership Team and development of tiered performance management structure
Supply chain resiliency ownership: conduct risk assessments, create transparency on resiliency status, serve as single point of contact for challenges, and consolidate content for yearly Board of Directors risk review
Lead specific end-to-end programs and oversee a group of end-to-end business excellence team members supporting strategic problem-solving and process improvements in partnership with key functions
Talent development: fill positions with best-in-class talent, drive progression in ways of working, and enable talent flow to impactful roles
Foster excellent connections and collaboration with other excellence groups in IMQ, Enterprise, R&D, Commercial, and partner functions to align processes
