The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries via email and phone, addressing complaints with competent and solution-oriented treatment. They will resolve complex issues, collaborate with colleagues to develop solutions, process terminations and changes of address, create and verify invoices, and manage payments including refunds. The role also involves working closely with specialists in market communication and identifying areas for improvement, ultimately contributing to the overall development of the company.
