Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related careers
Intermediate English Conversational (desirable)
At least one year in quality or similar positions
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
Skilled in quality tools, data analysis, and use of measuring instruments

Responsibilities

Analyze data and perform root cause analysis to ensure products conform to quality standards
Train and support manufacturing and quality team members in requirements, inspection, and test practices
Produce inspection reports based on results of inspection analysis; participate in measurement systems analysis
Collect non-conformance data and maintain and update quality system documents
Utilize quality indicators relevant to own unit or function
Adhere to organizational quality management processes and practices
Use quality evaluation tools and techniques such as walkthroughs and inspections
Investigate a broad range of problems, determine causes, and find resolutions using Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Recommend candidates for root cause analysis and develop corrective actions based on RCA results
Guide others to recognize repeat situations
Differentiate assumptions, perspectives, and historical frameworks in decision making and critical thinking
Evaluate past decisions, assess decision options, and advise others in analyzing data and alternatives
Create processes to accommodate change and help others adapt to changing environments
Document test processes and results; prepare and analyze defect-tracking reports in product testing
Test components for compliance with functional requirements
Describe roles and responsibilities of manufacturing areas and identify major phases of manufacturing cycles
Obtain and interpret high-level manufacturing flow and documentation
