Requirements

  • Secondary education (higher education preferred)
  • English proficiency enabling effective communication
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, quality documentation, and tools (preferred: e.g., 5WHY, PDCA, MSA, SPC, 8D, A3)
  • Ability to use measuring instruments
  • Knowledge of technical drawings
  • Intermediate-level knowledge of SAP
  • Auditing skills (preferred)
  • SEP qualifications up to 1kV (preferred)
  • High level of analytical thinking, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent time management and ability to organize own workstation
  • Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams, communicativeness, and contributing to a positive work atmosphere

Responsibilities

  • Participation in periodic (annual) PFMEA and PCP reviews
  • Participation in PFMEA and PCP reviews in case of complaints or process changes
  • Creating and updating inspection instructions (for production processes, products, and components)
  • Participation in daily production reviews to collect data on new issues, provide information on solutions (methods and deadlines), and present quality data
  • Creating statistics and reports (4UP, 8D, A3) on key quality indicators (e.g., DPMO, DPU, IRR, IPQ, Scrap, customer complaints, MRB), analyzing them, and defining/implementing corrective and improvement actions
  • Participation in MOC reviews when introducing changes in plants
  • Creating and modifying inspection plans for components subject to incoming inspection
  • Training production line workers and quality controllers on quality requirements and standards
  • Performing and analyzing MSA and SPC
  • Initiating and coordinating sorting actions
  • Creating and handling quality notifications for non-conforming components/products
  • Maintaining records of conducted inspections
  • Resolving current issues on the production line and handling the DT system
  • Defining and leading quality improvement projects
  • Participation in MRB management (daily shelf reviews with material decisions, verification of shortage cards and non-conforming material)
  • Conducting internal audits within the Integrated Management System
