Proven experience in leading and developing teams within a quality-focused environment
Deep understanding of designing and implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS) from the ground up, tailored to new product lines and production environments
Strong knowledge of QMS standards, with preference for ISO and non-automotive standards
Experience serving as management representative for quality system health, including internal and external audits
Ability to act as the Voice of Quality in quality systems and assurance matters
Capability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to investigate and resolve complex quality issues
Experience partnering with supply chain and Manufacturing teams to develop quality procedures and strategies
Skills in contributing to Supplier Manual and related processes
Proactive approach to identifying and addressing systematic failure modes through continuous QMS improvement
Ability to engage with all levels of the organization to foster a culture of accountability and quality excellence
Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop quality team members to achieve organizational goals
Design (from ground up) and implement a robust, flexible Quality Management System (QMS) tailored to new product lines and viable for production environments
Ensure compliance with relevant QMS standards, with a strong preference for ISO and non-automotive standards
