Requirements
- Proven experience in leading and developing teams within a quality-focused environment
- Deep understanding of designing and implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS) from the ground up, tailored to new product lines and production environments
- Strong knowledge of QMS standards, with preference for ISO and non-automotive standards
- Experience serving as management representative for quality system health, including internal and external audits
- Ability to act as the Voice of Quality in quality systems and assurance matters
- Capability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to investigate and resolve complex quality issues
- Experience partnering with supply chain and Manufacturing teams to develop quality procedures and strategies
- Skills in contributing to Supplier Manual and related processes
- Proactive approach to identifying and addressing systematic failure modes through continuous QMS improvement
- Ability to engage with all levels of the organization to foster a culture of accountability and quality excellence
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop quality team members to achieve organizational goals
- Design (from ground up) and implement a robust, flexible Quality Management System (QMS) tailored to new product lines and viable for production environments
- Ensure compliance with relevant QMS standards, with a strong preference for ISO and non-automotive standards
- Serve as the management representative for quality system health, including internal and external audits
- Act as the Voice of Quality in all matters related to quality systems and assurance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to investigate and resolve complex quality issues
- Partner with supply chain and Manufacturing teams to develop and implement effective quality procedures/strategies that meet or exceed customer expectations
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the Supplier Manual and related processes
- Proactively identify and address systematic failure modes through continuous improvement of the QMS
- Engage with all levels of the organization to foster a culture of accountability and quality excellence

All positions start at an above market pay rate. Benefits are above market and include Day 1 medical coverage with potential no monthly premium, onsite health clinic at no cost, dental, vision, life, AD&D, disability coverage, tuition reimbursement after 18 months, 401k with matching, and company paid holidays and vacation starting Day 1.
