Requirements

Expertise and knowledge in quality management systems (QMS) to guide colleagues and ensure positive impact on quality
Ability to collaborate with teams across all areas of the company to understand activities and ensure QMS adds value
Understanding of internationally-recognized QMS standards, including ISO9001:2015 (registered) and AS9100D (claimed compliance)

Responsibilities

Ensure Fictiv’s QMS remains relevant, valuable, and supports efficiency/effectiveness while meeting customer, industry, and regulatory requirements
Ensure risks and opportunities are continually identified and addressed using the QMS as a risk management tool
Ensure Fictiv’s evolving QMS remains compliant with requirements of all internationally-recognized standards registered to or claiming compliance with (e.g., ISO9001:2015, AS9100D)
Lead registration activities in the India region when extending QMS registration to other standards
Ensure locally-driven changes to the QMS are accepted and adopted by all regions
Support internal and external audits to ensure adherence to QMS requirements
Maintain and publish audit primers to prepare auditees for audits
Report directly to the Quality Manager, India, and indirectly to the Head of Global Quality
Assist with various duties as needed and assigned
