Requirements

  • 3+ years in quality control/improvement roles, preferably in logistics or manufacturing
  • Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or equivalent quality certification
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience with quality management systems and data analytics tools
  • Excellent presentation and training delivery skills
  • Fluency in Chinese and English
  • Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality standards (desirable)
  • Background in logistics or supply chain quality management (desirable)
  • Knowledge of statistical process control methods (desirable)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust quality control systems for logistics operations
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics (error rates, compliance scores, customer satisfaction)
  • Lead investigations into quality incidents and implement corrective actions
  • Create and deliver quality-focused training programs for operational teams
  • Conduct regular quality audits and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Spearhead Lean/Six Sigma projects to drive measurable quality enhancements
  • Work with operations, IT, and customer service teams to implement quality solutions
  • Ensure all processes meet industry standards and legal requirements
