Requirements

3+ years in quality control/improvement roles, preferably in logistics or manufacturing
Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or equivalent quality certification
Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities
Experience with quality management systems and data analytics tools
Excellent presentation and training delivery skills
Fluency in Chinese and English
Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality standards (desirable)

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain robust quality control systems for logistics operations
Identify and implement improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency
Monitor and report on quality metrics (error rates, compliance scores, customer satisfaction)
Lead investigations into quality incidents and implement corrective actions
Create and deliver quality-focused training programs for operational teams
Conduct regular quality audits and ensure compliance with company standards
Spearhead Lean/Six Sigma projects to drive measurable quality enhancements
Work with operations, IT, and customer service teams to implement quality solutions
Ensure all processes meet industry standards and legal requirements
