Responsibilities

Lead a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle
Apply business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies
Be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, and be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, as well as provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing innovative testing methodologies
Mentor team members to enhance their skills and promote professional growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality objectives
Utilize data-driven insights to refine testing strategies and improve overall quality
Lead initiatives to streamline testing processes and enhance efficiency across projects
Contribute on Lead level in terms of responsibilities
Drive further improvements and scale the team to resolve client needs
Identify opportunities for Accenture’s growth
Upskill team members across functionalities/robot automation/salesforce
Support team management activities
Groom more team members and drive the team to deliver well
