Support calibration, quality control, and quality assurance systems
Develop and implement quality standards/practices for inspection, testing, and product/process evaluation
Partner with Enterprise Quality to ensure alignment with customers, standard agencies, and company QMS
Support the Quality Inspection function to ensure compliance with QMS requirements
Analyze in-process customer/purchase orders for compliance with QMS and customer requirements
Partner with other Berea functions for continuous improvement in product/process efficiencies, reducing defects, escapes, rework, and scrap costs
Represent Quality in cross-functional teams for continuous improvement projects, material review board (MRB), root cause/corrective action (RCCA), and customer concerns
Establish and supervise statistical process control (SPC) system for process monitoring
Serve as an internal auditor for process/product auditing
