This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Biomedical, or Electrical, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality engineering, specifically within the diagnostics industry. Candidates must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to interpret complex technical documentation and identify root causes of quality issues. Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies and statistical process control is highly desirable.
As a Quality Engineer: Diagnostics, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures for diagnostic equipment, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements. You will conduct thorough testing, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement to enhance product reliability and performance. Furthermore, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain detailed documentation of quality processes and results.
