Responsibilities
- Implementar e treinar todas as áreas sobre os padrões e indicadores de qualidade da empresa e requisitos específicos do cliente (fábrica)
- Analisar e reportar informações de Qualidade
- Desenvolver e implementar planos de melhoria e monitorizar a sua eficácia
- Conduzir atividades de resolução de problemas e grupos de melhoria, com base nos resultados de FTQ e reclamações de clientes
- Coordenar e monitorizar PPAP’s e fornecer a respetiva documentação do cliente
- Participar da execução de PFMEA e Planos de Controlo (arquivar e manter registros relacionados)
- Gerir todas as atividades de qualidade no chão de fábrica, relacionadas com produtos e serviços
- Coordenar atividades de correção e prevenção de problemas em produtos e processos da empresa, fornecedores e parceiros
- Garantir que ações imediatas são executadas de forma a proteger o Cliente, supervisionado a sua implementação
- Garantir a comunicação correta entre os turnos de “lições aprendidas” e sua implementação
- Garantir o cumprimento das normas/procedimentos relacionados com o Ambiente, Saúde e Segurança
- Outras tarefas no âmbito das funções desempenhadas
