This position is onsite five days weekly in Princeton, IL.
A Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field is required, along with 3+ years of quality and engineering or related experience in a manufacturing environment. Supervisory or lead experience is preferred.
Candidates need strong problem-solving, analytical and math skills, leadership, communication, organization, attention to detail, and experience working with cross-functional teams. Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, ISO experience, and ASQ Certified Quality Engineer Certification are preferred.
