Requirements

Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing
1 - 3 years of experience in a similar position in industry
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Good verbal and written communication in English

Responsibilities

Monitor the conformity of the manufacturing process and intervene in the event of internal or external deviation or failure to achieve objectives through facilitation of problem-solving groups
Study, interpret, and apply specific customer requirements
Lead the problem-solving process
Ensure compliance with product requirements and have the authority to stop production and shipping
Communicate with the customer and provide timely feedback, ensuring compliance with customer expectations
Monitor various VOP or VOC indicators and raise awareness of risks or deviations, leading the entire multidisciplinary approach to rectify the situation
Participate in APQP phase transitions
Participate in system release meetings and raise awareness of non-feasibility
Participate in process FMEA analysis meetings
Participate in feasibility study meetings
Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with monitoring plans
