Requirements

  • Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar position in industry
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Good verbal and written communication in English

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the conformity of the manufacturing process and intervene in the event of internal or external deviation or failure to achieve objectives through facilitation of problem-solving groups
  • Study, interpret, and apply specific customer requirements
  • Lead the problem-solving process
  • Ensure compliance with product requirements and have the authority to stop production and shipping
  • Communicate with the customer and provide timely feedback, ensuring compliance with customer expectations
  • Monitor various VOP or VOC indicators and raise awareness of risks or deviations, leading the entire multidisciplinary approach to rectify the situation
  • Participate in APQP phase transitions
  • Participate in system release meetings and raise awareness of non-feasibility
  • Participate in process FMEA analysis meetings
  • Participate in feasibility study meetings
  • Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with monitoring plans
