Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or technical discipline
  • Prior experience in the development and/or manufacture of regulated products is desirable
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams

Responsibilities

  • Review and approve changes to documentation, processes, and systems, ensuring compliance with QMS standards
  • Support quality and compliance decisions during development, validation, processing, manufacturing, testing, and packaging
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of training records and adherence to quality standards
  • Train team members on procedures, processes, and QMS requirements
  • Project manage cross-functional activities to agreed timelines using risk management tools to prioritize tasks
  • Maintain strong relationships with R&D, Technical, Engineering, Operations, and Regulatory Affairs to achieve project goals
  • Support audits, cross-functional meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives for the QMS
  • Promote health and safety within the working environment and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure all communication and behaviors align with the Abbott Code of Conduct
