Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or technical discipline
Prior experience in the development and/or manufacture of regulated products is desirable
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively across teams

Responsibilities

Review and approve changes to documentation, processes, and systems, ensuring compliance with QMS standards
Support quality and compliance decisions during development, validation, processing, manufacturing, testing, and packaging
Ensure accurate and timely completion of training records and adherence to quality standards
Train team members on procedures, processes, and QMS requirements
Project manage cross-functional activities to agreed timelines using risk management tools to prioritize tasks
Maintain strong relationships with R&D, Technical, Engineering, Operations, and Regulatory Affairs to achieve project goals
Support audits, cross-functional meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives for the QMS
Promote health and safety within the working environment and identify opportunities for improvement
Ensure all communication and behaviors align with the Abbott Code of Conduct
