Requirements

Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or Program Manager
Strong knowledge of agile and modern engineering practices (Kanban, standups, retrospectives, continuous improvement)
Excellent facilitation skills; able to lead sessions confidently with both senior leaders and delivery teams
Highly organized with exceptional coordination and follow-up discipline
Strong communicator who can quickly grasp intent and translate vision into practical execution
Comfortable bridging leadership intent and delivery reality across distributed teams
Self-starter who loves learning, iteration, and progress over perfection

Responsibilities

Translate strategy into execution: Convert strategic initiatives into clear plans, boards, and cadences
Drive accountability: Track deliverables, follow up on actions, and ensure progress is visible
Own operational rhythms: Prepare monthly operating review (MOR) decks, set up and maintain team Kanban, run standups, and oversee reporting cycles
Facilitate & train: Lead workshops and training sessions on agile practices, ways of working, and enablement tools
Support leadership: Handle operational details and execution management so the VP can focus on strategy and influence
Embed ways of working: Champion agile and modern practices to improve consistency, flow, and delivery discipline across teams
