Requirements

  • Degree in Biological Sciences/Biotechnology
  • Good knowledge of English language
  • Previous experience in molecular biology laboratory and Real-time PCR

Responsibilities

  • Perform analytical quality control tests in the molecular biology area (qPCR, ddPCR, RT-PCR, Southern Blot, Western Blot, ELISA Test, HPLC, enzymatic assays) in compliance with GMP and within established timelines
  • Perform assays and analyses required for the transfer and validation of new analytical methods
  • Manage the laboratory (supply of materials, verification of reagent expiration dates, preparation of solutions, verification of instrumentation)
  • Provide support for drafting or reviewing documentation (analytical methods, SOPs, etc.)
  • Provide support in drafting protocols and reports related to performed analytical activities
