Good problem-solving skills and good judgment
Proficiency with computers and software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, 10-key, and effective internet searching
Ability to communicate effectively orally or by other means (e.g., email)
Teamwork skills and ability to work well with others
Ability to prioritize tasks and knowledge of what needs to be done first
Respect for others and ability to work well under pressure
Ability to demonstrate accuracy while maintaining a high level of productivity
Ability to follow instructions well and respond to management directions
Physical ability to type, use mouse, sit and look at computer for long periods
Tolerance for exposure to machinery noise (e.g., forklifts, injection presses)

Counts and verifies that the product quantity matches the submission form
Verifies that information on submission form matches the identifying sticker on outside of box
Verifies that all information on flip matches the information on the collectible item
