Responsibilities

Implement a site-specific Quality Control Plan tailored to each project
Conduct inspections at all project phases: preparatory, initial, follow-up, and final
Ensure that all materials, methods, and workmanship meet specifications and approved submittals
Maintain daily logs of quality inspections, test results, and non-compliance issues
Facilitate and document preparatory meetings with project teams and subcontractors
Lead quality discussions and coordinate corrective actions as necessary
Maintain organized photo documentation, as-built drawings, and quality reports
Collaborate closely with Safety Officers and Site Superintendents on jobsite conditions
Identify defective or substandard materials or installations and escalate issues promptly
Recommend process improvements and revised quality control practices when appropriate
Monitor recurring deficiencies and support project teams in continuous improvement
Perform other related duties and assignments as required
