Requirements

  • Satisfactory BPSS and SC security clearance, requiring 5 years continuous UK address history at the point of application
  • Passion for improving quality, productivity, and software delivery
  • Several years defining and implementing modern Quality Engineering concepts including automated testing
  • Comfortable working in at least one Object Orientated programming language (Java, C#, Typescript, Python etc)
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI, or evidence of actively pursuing personal GenAI projects outside of work
  • Familiar with testing within cloud environments such as AWS, Azure
  • Love working with people to build things and solve problems together in an egoless way, regardless of their level of experience or role in the team
  • Comfortable with change and always happy to learn something new; able to flex individual roles and tech stacks as required

Responsibilities

  • Work hand-in-hand with clients to develop new Quality Engineering strategies or improve their existing processes
  • Deploy personal mastery to get things done hands-on
  • Successfully lead others in Quality Engineering tasks
  • Advocate for solutions that keep one eye on value at all times, proposing thoughtful solutions that get the job done efficiently and with low complexity
  • Contribute to internal and regional Quality Engineering communities, sharing knowledge, shaping conversations, and learning from colleagues
