Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor junior team members from both technical and functional standpoints; foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
- Be hands-on and own functional deliveries
- Apply expertise to design, develop, and maintain performance test suites
- Manage comprehensive testing phases from planning to execution for functional and non-functional requirements, including design, development, and delivery
- Work closely with collaborators, customers, partners, and team members to capture client needs, provide design insights, and deliver outstanding work
- Analyze and report on QA metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement; present findings to senior management and recommend corrective actions
- Champion a culture of quality within the organization, driving awareness and consistency with quality standards
- Prioritize and develop enhancements to continuously improve application stability and scalability
- Conduct reviews of applications and workflow processes
