Responsibilities

Guide and mentor junior team members from both technical and functional standpoints; foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
Be hands-on and own functional deliveries
Apply expertise to design, develop, and maintain performance test suites
Manage comprehensive testing phases from planning to execution for functional and non-functional requirements, including design, development, and delivery
Work closely with collaborators, customers, partners, and team members to capture client needs, provide design insights, and deliver outstanding work
Analyze and report on QA metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement; present findings to senior management and recommend corrective actions
Champion a culture of quality within the organization, driving awareness and consistency with quality standards
Prioritize and develop enhancements to continuously improve application stability and scalability
Conduct reviews of applications and workflow processes
